As head of Mercer’s Northwest Operating Unit, Doug was responsible for the firm’s client activities throughout Washington, Oregon and Alaska. He also served as President of the Seattle Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference. A graduate of the University of Washington, Doug is currently engaged with a number of local nonprofits including Jubilee REACH, Global Partnerships, Young Life, and serves on the boards of Camp Orkila and the Greater Seattle YMCA.
