Joining Long Live the Kings in 2026, he brings 25 years of experience in fundraising and organizational leadership from a variety of sectors that include: establishing a department at the University of Utah, working in education, social justice, health care, and environmental causes. What drives him to continue working in the nonprofit sector is his dedication to connecting communities and donors with their passions to build thriving communities and the environment.
Zach holds a B.S. in Speech Communication from the University of Utah and is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum of Oregon.
Growing up in Utah, Zach developed a deep passion for the wonders of nature by hiking and camping in the Rocky Mountains, specifically backcountry backpacking in Yellowstone National Park. He relocated to Portland to continue thriving in the beautiful landscape of the Pacific Northwest. He recently relocated to Seattle to continue his journey of exploring the natural wonders of the Puget Sound and more of the Pacific Northwest. He is a painter, musician, and amateur author.
