We rebuild populations of salmon and steelhead in areas of critical need, increasing their natural abundance, establishing new fisheries, and providing food for killer whales and other critters.
We lead cutting-edge research to determine what drives salmon and steelhead survival and to develop solutions to accelerate their recovery.

They’re at the heart of our region’s culture, history, and economy. Alongside towering evergreens, snow-capped peaks, and vast expanses of open water, salmon make the northwest The Northwest. Like those other majestic resources, salmon are a big part of what brought many of us to this mossy corner of the world; now we must work together to bring them home. I invite you to learn about our history, discover our current work, attend an event, and get the latest updates on our blog. Thank you for your support!
