Nicolle Hill brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning the U.S. Army and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where she served in senior executive roles at the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) integrating science, operations, and people. A former Army Engineer Office, Nicolle has led large multidisciplinary teams, overseen complex regional programs, and managed multi million-dollar budgets across the West coast. Her expertise includes organizational leadership, strategic planning, governance, workforce development, and cross-sector collaboration in mission-drive environments. Nicolle last served as the Deputy Science and Research Director for the NMFS’ Northwest Fisheries Science Center before retiring from federal service in 2025.
Nicolle is now an executive level leadership consultant and coach, partnering with organizations and executive teams to strengthen operational effectiveness, align strategy with mission, and cultivate high-functioning, resilient teams. Her work bridges systems, structure, and human dynamics, supporting both organizational performance and individual leadership growth.
